Your data
We collect what we need to host you well, protect it carefully, and never sell it. Here's exactly how your information is handled.
Last updated 10 July 2026
When you book or enquire we collect the details we need to host you: your name, email address, phone number, party size, any special requests, and a billing address. If you create an account we also store your sign-in email and, with your consent, a saved payment method for faster future bookings.
We don't ask for more than we need, and we never collect card numbers ourselves — payment details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor.
Your details are used to manage your booking end to end: confirming your stay with the property, sending your confirmation and arrival information, processing payments and refunds, handling amendments, and responding when you contact us.
We send transactional email (confirmations, receipts, booking updates) as part of providing the service. We'll only send marketing if you've opted in, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
We share booking details with the service providers who make your stay work: Stripe (payments), Guesty (our property-management system, which passes your reservation to the property's calendar), and our transactional email provider. Each receives only what it needs for its role.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers. We may disclose information where required or authorised by law.
Your data is stored with access controls that limit it to the people and systems that need it. Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. When information is no longer needed we delete it from our systems.
We use cookies for the essentials: keeping you signed in to your account and remembering your session while you book. We don't run third-party advertising trackers.
You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it — email hello@peachyproperties.com.au and we'll respond promptly.
If you believe we've mishandled your information, please raise it with us first so we can put it right. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
